Peppermint Bark

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. White Bark (Vanilla or Almond)

2 - 3 drops Peppermint Extract

4 - 5 drops Red Food Coloring

¾ - 1 cup crushed Peppermint Candies

DIRECTIONS

Crush peppermints in food processor.

Melt bark in microwave bowl for 2 minutes on high. Stir and melt another 1 - 2 minutes and stir. Continue until completely melted.

Stir in the extract, food coloring and crushed peppermints into melted bark. Stir until well blended.

Spread mixture thinly on baking sheets lined with waxed paper. (Optional, sprinkle some of the crushed peppermints on top before cooling.)

Put in freezer for a few minutes then break into pieces when hardened.
