Chilled Canned Cranberry

INGREDIENTS

14 oz can of jellied cranberry sauce

DIRECTIONS

Drive to grocery store 24 – 48 hrs prior to holiday meal.

Refrigerate for 12 – 24 hrs prior to meal.

Use can opener to open can. Note: for best results, use can opener on bottom of can to help release vacuum inside can for easy release.

Slide canned cranberry on to platter.

Gaze in wonderment at this shimmering, gelatinous monument.

Lie canned cranberry on its side and slice in ⅛” increments.

Enjoy.
